💡 Round 1 — TECHNOVATE: Think. Build. Solve. Participants will be given a real-world problem that can be addressed using technology — such as healthcare, traffic management, accessibility, disaster management, education, waste management, public services, etc. Teams will analyze the problem, identify its root cause, and develop a technology-driven solution. They will then pitch their solution to the judges, explaining: • What is the problem? • Who is affected? • What is the proposed solution? • How does it work? • Is it feasible and scalable? This round focuses on innovation, technical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills. ⚡ Round 2 — SCENARIO SHIFT: Think. Analyze. Adapt. The second round moves beyond just technology and puts participants into real-world situations where they have to think on their feet. Teams will be presented with different scenarios involving areas such as crisis management, ethical dilemmas, resource constraints, leadership, social issues, business situations, technology, and unexpected real-world challenges. They must analyze the situation, identify the key problem, and explain what they would do and why. There may not be one fixed correct answer. Judges will evaluate how well participants analyze the situation, prioritize, make decisions, justify their approach, and handle trade-offs.
